Shipping with UPS within Germany

We ship your order reliably and insured with UPS within Germany.

Delivery time: 1–2 business days
Shipping method: Insured standard shipping

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation including tracking information. This allows you to track your package at any time.

Please note:
Shipping and delivery take place on business days only (Monday through Friday). No deliveries are made on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.

UPS Shipping within the EU

For deliveries to other EU countries, we also use insured UPS shipping.

Delivery time: 2–5 business days
Shipping method: Europe-wide insured shipping

The exact delivery time may vary slightly depending on the destination country. You will also receive tracking information so you can monitor your shipment at any time.

UPS International (outside the EU)

For international shipments outside the European Union, shipping is insured and handled by UPS.

Delivery time: 3–7 business days
Shipping method: International insured shipping

Please note that additional customs duties or import fees may apply for deliveries to non-EU countries. These charges are imposed by the destination country and must be borne by the recipient.

UPS Express – Delivery by 12:00 PM on the Next Business Day

If you need your order especially fast, we offer UPS Express within Germany.

Service: Insured shipping with delivery by 12:00 PM on the next business day

Important Information About Express Shipping

📦 Orders placed Monday to Friday before 12:00 PM
→ Delivery by 12:00 PM on the next business day

📦 Orders placed Monday to Friday after 12:00 PM
→ Shipment on the following business day, delivery one business day later accordingly

Please note:
Express shipping is only available within Germany.
No express shipping or express deliveries are made on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.
